Even though I cant pronounce half the dialog in the storyline of Okami I still loved it. Until I got to the last block head, then I wanted to throw the

controller and pout.

The game reminds me of twilight princess except with a female wolf instead of a link wolf.

Wikipedia sums it up well:

Ōkami has the player controlling the main character, Amaterasu, in a woodcut, water-color style, cel-shaded environment, which looks like an animated Japanese ink-illustration with other styles of art. The gameplay style is a mix of action, platform, and puzzle gaming genres, and has been noted by many reviewers to have numerous similarities in overall gameplay style to The Legend of Zelda series,[10] an inspiration that director Hideki Kamiya, a self-proclaimed Zelda-fan, has admitted has influenced his general game design

Hi
Okami played by rich

Grandma is in the final stages of Okami, a beautiful platform game on the PS2 that was well deserving of its drawn out hype. The unique "Brush System" in the game is both beautifully done and incredibly frustrating at times; the new strokes one learns begin to layer themselves in such a way that one occasionally forgets the easiest way of battle in favor of newer methods, or at least those most recent in memory which tend to be the more complicated drawings.

I've heard some interesting things about it. Guess I should pull one out of stock and give it a go.

OMG the drawings are incredible in ths game!
I didn't get to play long but it was really unique the way they did this game. I'm going to have to get myself a copy and play it through soon.
Thanks for the reminder!!

Lynn
